16.1 Payment of every Purchase Price and every Donation must be undertaken through the Payment Gateway.
16.2 Every Buyer and Donator:
a. Acknowledges that all payments made in connection with any transaction undertaken on the Chooza Platform is undertaken via a third-party owned and administered payment gateway.
b. By making any payment to facilitate a transaction on the Chooza Platform, each Buyer and Donator agrees and accepts the terms and conditions of the Payment Gateway.
16.3 If you’re a Buyer and you’ve paid a Purchase Price, you agree that:
a. If you have not received delivery of the Item from the Seller within 10 days of the Time of Purchase, the Item is not as advertised or if you have any other reasonable issue with the Item, you will:
i. Lodge a Dispute in accordance with the Disputes Policy.
ii. Not under any circumstances instruct your bank or credit card supplier to charge back or otherwise reverse the Purchase Price.
iii. Chooza will keep the Purchase Price in the Chooza Trust Account for 21 days from the Time of Purchase after which time the Purchase Price will be paid to the Seller pursuant to these Terms if no Dispute has been lodged or if that Dispute has been concluded for the benefit of the Seller and to Chooza’s reasonable satisfaction.
b. Your acceptance of these Terms constitutes a valid and binding authority from you to your bank or credit card company instructing them to not undertake a to charge back or otherwise reverse the Purchase Price you have paid.
16.4 If you’re a Seller, you agree that Chooza will hold the Purchase Price in the Chooza Trust Account until the later of:
a. Where no Dispute has been raised in respect of the transaction, then 21 days from the Time of Purchase.
b. Where a Dispute has been raised in respect of the transaction, then the date such Dispute is resolved in accordance with the Disputes policy.
