Anti-Money Laundering Policy
1. Where any proposed transaction via the Chooza Platform is for the sum of $10,000 (including GST) or more or where Chooza otherwise requires from time to time, then:
  1. Prior to being able to complete the transaction, the Buyer and Seller agree that they both must have provided Chooza (to Chooza's satisfaction) the information requested via the request to complete verification through the CDD Provider:
  2. And any other information that Chooza or the CDD Provider requests.
2. Both the Buyer and Seller agree with each other and with Chooza that if the requirements of clause 10.1 are not satisfied to Chooza's satisfaction, then the sale of an Item cannot proceed.
